Only what you choose to share with us when you enquire: your name, email address, WhatsApp number, and the information you give us about your trip — travel dates, travellers, budget, preferences and anything else you write in the questionnaire or in your messages.

We do not collect special-category data, we do not buy data from third parties, and we do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.

To answer your enquiry and plan your trip — this is the core reason. We use your details to prepare a proposal, contact you (by email, WhatsApp or phone) and organise the services you ask for. The legal basis is the preparation of a contract you have requested, and in some cases your explicit consent given in the enquiry form.

To keep a record of our conversation — so any member of our team can pick up where you left off. Legal basis: legitimate interest in handling the enquiry you started.

We do not send marketing or newsletters. We never sell, rent or share your data for advertising. If this changes, we will ask your consent first.

Enquiries submitted through the website are stored in our secured European database and are visible only to the Hoiron team. When you choose to continue the conversation on WhatsApp, that chat is handled by WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) under their own privacy policy; we only see what you send us there.

We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months after our last contact, or longer if a trip is booked, so that we can honour guarantees and repeat travellers' preferences.

This website uses only technical storage — small pieces of data saved on your device so that things work while you use the site, such as remembering your progress in a questionnaire or your cookie preference. No cookies are used to track you, show you ads, or follow you to other websites, and none are set without your action.

Because we run no advertising or analytics trackers today, you will not see a cookie banner. If we later add Google Ads or similar tools that place marketing cookies, a consent banner compliant with the GDPR will be shown before those tools load.

You can ask us at any time, free of charge, to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, limit or object to its use, or transfer it to another provider. Write to info@hoiron.com and we will reply within 30 days.
